(Johannesburg, SoloAzar Exclusive).- Patrizia Pannullo, Virtual Generation Key Account Manager, granted an interview to SoloAzar during recent ICE Africa. "It is our first time at the show. The idea es to return and have more visibility. Besides, we will try to enter with a regulation that enables us to work in South Africa properly," Pannullo said.

Virtual Generation debuted in ICE África, presented specific products for the market

Virtual Generation is a software developer company for virtual betting. "Nowadays, we are working a lot in South America; we are doing a certification with COLJUEGOS in Colombia, and we are presenting our product in Africa, so they can get to know the possibility to operate online. We have several types of applications: web, mobile version and also retail, in order to work on traditional points," Pannullo affirmed.

He then added: "We are working to develop new products allocated to different markets. In África, for examplke, we have made a specific product that adapts to local players. At this moment, our collection of products includes greyhound races, virtual and pre-recorded horse races, keno, American roulette, English and Italian football. As well as in Africa, we have developed a new game adapted to Latin America."

When consulted about Virtual Generation experience  at the show, she commented: "It is our first time in ICE África. The idea is to return and have more visibility. On top of that, we will try to enter in a regulation that enables us to work properly in South Africa. ICE África is a very important show. I saw a lot of participants, not only in Africa but also in other countries, which are very interested in the novelties that are being presented. It is a great possibility to work with our virtual games in Africa, and I think it is a place that generates a lot of expectations for the future."

With regard to the African market, she added: "I think the African market continues growing and is an interesting and varied market, which focuses its growing attention to virtual games. As I said, it is a country with a great potential."

When consulted about the challenges that the company has to face in Africa, Pannullo commented that they vary according to the country, because the regulation of each state has to be respected. "For example, several countries cannot have greyhound races. We have a product that can be customized, therefore, it can adapt to every specific regulation. The brand, the colors, can also be adapted," she affirmed.

She then talked about the profile of the average African player: "They find more functional and practical to operate with tablets and mobiles, so we have created a new cashier, which is interactive and enables to bet on tablets and mobile, and seems to have caught the attention of African players, because it is intuitive and comfortable".

"We have plans to enter in the African market in a stronger way, and because of that, we are considering to seek for certificators, in order to participate and grow in a more active manner," she concluded.
